Badger’s unique line of portable foam extinguishers contain an alcohol resistant (AR) type of aqueous film-forming foam (AFFF). They are specifically formulated for optimum performance in a hand portable fire extinguisher. This means when sufficiently applied, Universal Ultra’s vapor sealing capability can actually keep a fire from happening.

Badger foam units are effective on Class A common combustibles as well as hydrocarbon and polar solvent types of Class B flammable liquids, so they eliminate the application guesswork often associated with other foams. The unique synthetic base of Universal Ultra foam has no offensive odor, is non-toxic, environmentally friendly, biodegradable and extremely simple to use and clean up.

Model WB570 contains a special blend of sodium chloride based dry powder extinguishing agent. When applied onto the high heat generated by combustible metal fires the agent crusts and effectively accomplishes extinguishment through

a smothering action. The extended soft flow applicator wand can be quickly detached to provide operators with longer discharge ranges when needed.

These quality fire extinguishers contain an extremely versatile and effective multipurpose clean extinguishing agent able to address most fire risks typically found in commercial and industrial applications. It is ideally suited for computer rooms, data storage, telecommunication, robotics or any high tech industrial process that requires an effective clean agent having an extended discharge range.

Halotron-1 is an environmentally acceptable Halon-1211 alternative. Larger sized models are suitable for use on Class A, B and C fires.

CARBON DIOXIDE NON-MAGNETIC

Badger's Carbon Dioxide Non-Magnetic Fire Extinguisher is suitable for use on the following types of fires: Class B (liquids) and Class C (energized electrical equipment). This extinguisher has been tested in a 3 Telsa MR imaging system and found to pose no magnetic safety hazard. Model B5V MR is manufactured using special components, has been independently tested and received the MR Conditional Rating.

Badger’s potassium bicarbonate Purple K dry chemical stored pressure fire extinguishers are designed for use on high hazard types of Class B and C fires. Purple K is generally superior to other dry chemicals on Class B fires, making these extinguishers ideal for use in industrial and commercial premises where a flammable liquid or gas fire risks exist.

The extinguishers can be mounted on any flat vertical surface with a wall hook or supplied with an optional strap bracket. For special fire hazard protection consider the CR Corrosion Resistant model.

WATER

	WP-61 2.5 gallons 6 YEAR WARRANTY

Badger’s water extinguisher is ideal for Class A fires involving common combustibles such as trash, fabrics, wood and paper. Water is nontoxic, ozone-friendly and easy to clean up.

The Badger Model WP-61 water fire extinguisher has additionally been UL tested and listed as a “Loaded Stream” fire extinguisher. When properly charged using only the Badger AC-40 potassium acetate loaded stream charge (P/N-00792) this extinguisher is approved for low temperature applications down to -40° F (-40° C).

For specific recharge instructions please refer to the nameplate and service manual (P/N-24642). The time proven design of Badger’s WP-61 water fire extinguisher makes it extremely effective, simple to use, inexpensive and easy to recharge.
