How does Work?
  • First loop the end around a fixed tie point.
  • Pull the whole rope through the first loop.
  • Next choose any loop to hold corners, edges or handles for the perfect tension.
  • Then clip to fixed tie point or loop through tie point and tighten by clipping to any other loop.

Here are a few questions we are often asked about the Loop Rope™ and the Buoy Rope™.

What is the difference between the Loop Rope™ and the Buoy Rope™?

There are two main differences:
 
The Buoy Rope™ comes standard in Blue with a 4 foot length.

The Loop Rope™ comes standard in orange and black and has a 3 foot, 4 foot, and 5 foot option to choose from.

The other big difference is the BuoyRope™ comes with (1) Stainless Steel "S" clip and the LoopRope™ comes with (2) Steel "S" clips.

Can I use the "S" clips for climbing. They look like an improvement over my carabiner.

NO! This is not intended for climbing, or any kind of heavy duty use ever.

Is the Loop Rope™ and Buoy Rope™ a bungee cord or a rope?

Good question. We do call them Rope don't we. They are in fact a 1/4" stretchable Bungee cord.
 

SAFETY
Your Safety is our #1 priority

Please read all the following guidelines before using your new Loop Rope™ or Buoy Rope™

Follow all warnings carefully. Failure to do so could result in personal injury or property damage. Always use good judgment when selecting the job your intending to do. Do not overstretch the product. If needed link two cords together and use the appropriate loop clip. If you are in any doubt whether your job is within capacity of the Loop Rope™ do not use it. Inspect the Loop Rope™ and clips regularly for signs of wear or damage. Replace if cut, worn, frayed or if clip is bent deformed or damaged. Protect from sharp edges, heat, prolong exposures to corrosive acids they may damage the Loop Rope and cause it to fail.Extreme caution should be used when the ropes are stretched. Protective eye wear is recommended when fastening and releasing the product.


DO NOT STRETCH THE PRODUCT BEYOND 50% OF ITS UN-STRETCHED LENGTH.

Product can lash back with great force. Keep out of the rebound path of the cord at all times. Use ONLY as a LIGHT to MEDIUM duty tie down. Never for lifting, climing or towing. Do not use to tie down large surface areas that can react to wind like plywood or mattresses.
